Ideally looking for someone with experience in working in a premium high-volume Pub or Restaurant environment. You must be able to lead by example and be able to inspire and motivate your team. The role will involve training and developing the team and working with the Operations Manager and Head Chef to offer the best possible experience for all guests. You will need to have a proven track record of managing and developing a team.
