General Manager South Coast/South West 45-55K basic + £5600 car + 10-20K bonusCasino IndustryWe are looking for a Designate General Manager for the South Coast/South West region to join one of the largest and most successful gaming groups within the UK. As a Designate General Manager, you will be thoroughly trained and inducted into their Casino business, typically over a period of 3 months before being placed as a General Manager within one of their Casinos in the South Coast or South West. We are very keen to hear from candidates who have a proven track record as a leader within the broad leisure/hospitality/food retail sectors and who would enjoy working within the fast paced and dynamic environment of a 24hr gaming and entertainment business. Responsibilities include: Create amazing experiences for the customers on every visit, establishing the venue as the destination of choice.Build and promote an inclusive, trusting, and high-performance culture with clear and consistent communication.Coach, mentor and inspire your team with development plans to maximise their potential.Proactively review and action customer insights and engagement.Implement a proactive sales strategy working closely with Central functions.Create innovative experiences and events across all customer segmentsDrive the financial performance across all elements of gaming and food and beverage.Fully accountable for health and safety and operational compliance and industry best practice.Ensure that the casino culture instils responsible gambling at its heart.
