Financial packages commensurate with experience and skills – Circa £70k or more for the right person
Monday to Friday, 7am – 5pm (some flexibility allowed)

The successful General Manager's duties will include;
Manage the complete functions of the workshop to ensure the highest level of service possible
Maintain & surpass profit margins & ROI controlling all aspects of the workshop efficiently
Meet & Exceed all KPIs and targets
Introduce new cost saving initiatives
Asses and formulate policies to achieve maximum sales of labour, parts & materials
Drive continuous improvement in SHE, Quality & productivity by leafing the teams in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing
Develop and manage the annual budget making recommendations on investments of capital investments, systems or parts
Work to and adhere all legislative procedures and SOPs
Implement and manage KPI's and reports
Manage, recruit and supervisor all production employees (HR functions)
Work to the companies high standards at all times
Work to health & safety policies
