Other responsibilities will include:Developing and implementing a strategic plan to enhance the company’s market positioning.Establish objective plans, budgets and result measurements for all departments.Monitor and analyse management accounts.Develop and mentor team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.About YouThe successful General Manager will have strong leadership skills in order to effectively manage and engage a diverse team.
