General Manager - is this you?
Experience as a restaurant/cafe/coffee shop/cafe bakery/catering manager in a high volume, fast paced commercial customer facing operation
A passion for high quality food and drink
Exceptional customer service skills
A hands-on lead from the front approach and a real eye for detail
A strong people manager with the ability to recruit, train & motivate a team to achieve results
Financially and commercially astute with the ability to build sales
General manager - main duties
Manage all day to day operations, including people, stocks & finances
Recruit, train and develop your team
Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front
Maintain high standards of customer service & compliance
Drive sales to achieve budgets, targets and your bonus
