General Manager

Role- General Manager for a brand-new QSR
Full time (weekends included)
Base Salary/ 35k-45k (Depending on experience)
Seeking an experienced general manager to over see the running of a new site in Brighton, East Sussex . The ideal Candidate will have experience in QSR, managing a team, driving operational excellence and ensuring profitability of the restaurant. This role requires a hands-on leader who can think on their feet, ensure the growth of their team and to make sure the workplace is safe and inclusive.
*Key Responsibilities*
-Lead, mentor and develop the team, fostering a culture of excellence and exceptional customer experience.
- Ensure the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations, including food safety, sanitation and workplace safety.
- Oversee business operations and financials
- Maintain service quality and work standards
*Qualifications*
- Lead and guide a team effectively
-Previous experience in QSR and managing a successful profitable restaurant.
- Competence in budgeting, payroll, revenue management and forecasting
- Excellent communication skills
