Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive and customer focused General Manager to lead the catering services at a very prestigious education place in Suffolk.
The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing day to day operations, managing budget, and leading teams to ensure top-tier service delivery. The General Manager will play a crucial role and will be supported by senior managers in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation this independent school.
This position requires an experienced professional with a catering background, who can lead a team, manage budgets, and uphold the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop & implement operational strategies that align with goals, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, quality, and compliance across all educational sites.
Oversee and manage multi-million-pound budgets, ensuring financial efficiency, accountability, and profitability.
Lead, mentor, and motivate large team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture..
Coordinate and streamline operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistency, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Maintain & develop strong relationships with educational stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of the either B&I or Education sector and successfully managed patch of business with a multi million £ budget
Demonstrable success in managing multi-million-pound budgets and large, diverse teams.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
