Here at Tortilla, we are seeking to recruit a General Manager to join our team in Brighton ! You will join us on a full-time, permanent contract and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £42,000 per annum plus an amazing, achievable bonus worth up to £10,000 per year.

What were looking for in our General Manager:
Wed love you to have a good understanding of GP & Labour control whilst being passionate about food and at your happiest looking after customers. Well need you to train, inspire & develop a happy team to ensure that every guest gets the amazing food and service were famous for! Its great if youve worked in a similar QSR environment but wed also love to hear from you if youve spent time running a bar, restaurant or contract catering unit. As long as youre passionate about delivering amazing service then youre probably our kind of amigo!
