Key Responsibilities:
* Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring a high standard of service for colleagues and members.
* Drive commercial performance by achieving sales targets and managing costs effectively.
* Build strong relationships with service providers, local partners, and the wider community.
* Foster a collaborative and development-focused culture within your team, promoting cross-training and teamwork.
* Oversee member engagement activities and proactively manage member relationships, renewals, and feedback.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and operational protocols.
You will have:
* Previous General Manager or Assistant Manager experience within hospitality or events ideally (or transferrable skills, sell yourself to us!)
* The ability to build and nurture partnerships
* P&L management experience
* Leadership/management experience and passion
* Experience of creating a positive, empowered workplace
* Strong communication skills
* P&L management experience
* HubSpot or Salesforce experience
