You will be supporting the regional general manager and general manager in delivering the Management Services Agreement and PFI Project Agreement inline with all obligations.

The ideal candidate:

* Extensive experience in complex Project Agreements in PFI projects or similar complex environment

* Experience of working in the Healthcare sector

* Management of performance monitoring regimes for both Hard and Soft FM

* Experience of applying value for money principles to PFI lifecycle expenditure
