Tonic are assisting our client's search for a General manager for their cafe/bar operation in Lichfield. The business serves locally roasted coffee, freshly prepared cakes, breakfasts, and lunches. In the evening, it's a place to have a great beer or well-made cocktail. As the General Manager, you will lead and motivate the small team and be creative with ideas for driving revenue; you will make the business a real community place where everyone is welcome and feels at home.
What we are looking for in the General Manager candidates:
A proven track record of supervisory or management experience within similar quality environments
Proactive, flexible and adaptable, with great attention to detail
Experience with real ale, cellar management, premium spirits and cocktails is essential
Good length of service and loyalty shown to previous employers
A true passion for hospitality and the customer journey
