The Job Role
A General Manager to lead a busy cocktail venue.
A General Manager to manage and run the business day to day.
A General Manager to see the future of the cocktail venue and new aspects, ideas and adventures to take the venue on.
A General Manager to continually drive standards of Drinks and entertainment services forward within the cocktail venue.
A General Manager with ideas and creativity as you will have autonomy of the menus on site.
Developing a high-performing and motivated team.

The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a late night cocktail environment.
A General Manager with proven experience in a similar venue role.

Experience with managing a team whilst under pressure is a must.
