The Position
As General Manager , you will take the helm of this historic property, leading a dedicated team to deliver outstanding guest experiences and operational excellence. You will be responsible for maintaining the hotels high standards of service, overseeing strategic planning, financial management, and team development.
This role requires a proactive approach to guest engagement, a focus on driving revenue, and the ability to foster a motivating and collaborative work environment. Working closely with the wider Highland Coast Hotels leadership team, you will align the Royal Marine Hotel with company goals, and continually enhance guest experiences.

The Person
Were seeking an experienced hospitality professional with a proven track record in hotel management. You should be a dynamic, hands-on leader with a strong background in operations, people management, and financial acumen. Experience in a boutique or traditional hotel setting is preferred, along with a passion for delivering outstanding service. Strong leadership skills, adaptability, and excellent communication are essential, along with the drive to exceed expectations and lead your team to achieve their full potential. Knowledge of the local market and a genuine appreciation for the unique character of the Highlands is advantageous.
