General Manager Ideal Profile:
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
Experience in managing operations in the hospitality or similar industry

Knowledge of running promotions, events, and engaging with the local community
Financial and operational management expertise to ensure the venue's success
Positive and hands-on approach to problem-solving and team collaboration
