Due to continued expansion, we're recruiting an experienced General Operative to join our Chesterfield based client. The focus of this role is to complete all General Operative tasks to a high standard, by constantly challenging the status quo and be at the forefront of evolution, continuous improvement, quality and health, safety & welfare.
Duties:�

• Ensure area is prepared for start up to include correct labels and packaging.�


• Ensure quality guidelines are followed for all areas.


• Work within the ethos and standards of the company.�


• Work in all areas of the factory.�


• Keep good housekeeping standards in all areas.�


• Keep up to date knowledge of all products.�


• Ensure waste is discarded in appropriate manner.


• Follow work instructions in all areas.�


• Ensure you comply with Health & Safety regulations.�


• Undertake any other tasks appropriate to the position, as requested by management.�

Requirements:

• Good eye for detail.�


• A willingness to learn and develop as the department expands and the ability to work on their own initiative is essential.�

Working hours: Monday to Friday for alternating shifts: 6am - 2pm & 2pm - 10pm, and also night shift available Monday - Thursday: 9.45pm - 6.15am.
Salary:��11.54 per hour + shift allowance.�
This is a Full time, Permanent position.
