Great support from an experienced permanent clinical team. Minimum of 5 sessions a week with flexibility on working days and timings. 9-1 & 2-6 / 16 pts / 10 min telephone consult and follow up F2F consultants / 2-3 admin slots in AM & 1hr after AM & PM (2.5 hours total for admin) . High performing with QOF and CQC, low staff turnover. About the Practice: Strong multi-disciplinary team, including GPs, Nursing Staff, Pharmacists, and Paramedics. Well-managed work-plan with low home visits and minimal admin. Ample on-site parking provided. Package and Benefits: NHS Pension scheme enrolment. 6 weeks holiday and 1 week study leave.
