General Sales Manager
Starting salary of £35,000 dependent on experience with an OTE of £50-60,000 per annum based on team performance.
Access to a company car.
Working hours are 40 per week, with weekend work required on a rota to suit business needs - this rota can also be based around the successful candidates needs.

We are currently recruiting for a General Sales Manager to join our Clients family-run franchise approved car dealership in Cardiff.
Working for an Automotive Business, the successful General Sales Manager will be an experienced manager who is well-versed in Car Sales and running a successful Sales Department.
Our Client is offering the successful General Sales Manager up to £60,000 OTE.
Key Responsibilities for this General Sales Manager role:
Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced.
Develop and roll out dealership marketing and publicity strategies to support objectives.
Support the dealerships to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with our clients, manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
Sell and Buy Vehicles
The successful General Sales Manager will
Have a proven track record within a General Sales Manager role
Be results driven with a key focus on meeting objectives
Adaptable, analytical and a strong communicator.
