General Service Manager

Salary depending on experience, up to �65,000 + bonus + benefits



We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our Client's multi-franchised Aftersales operation in Bradford, West Yorkshire. Reporting to the Head of Business, you'll play a pivotal role in driving performance and delivering the very best customer experience, managing and motivating a team of Vehicle Technicians, Service Advisors and Support staff to ensure the smooth operation of the Service department.



Requirements:



Proven experience within the Automotive industry in a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager role;

Experience developing high-performing teams to reach and exceed targets;

Current working knowledge of Motor Industry processes, practices and legislation;

Exceptional leadership skills;

Excellent communication skills;

Franchised dealership experience, working with a Manufacturer - multi-franchise would be advantageous;

Full UK driving licence.�
