Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

🎓 Student Support

• Assist individual students and small groups to support their learning and development.
• Help boost students' confidence and motivation by offering tailored guidance.
• Foster an encouraging atmosphere where students feel valued and supported.

🏫 Classroom Assistance

• Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and interactive lessons.
• Assist in maintaining a well-ordered, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.

• Support students during transitions, breaks, and extra-curricular activities.
