Genesys Engineering Technical Lead Contact Centre, Cloud, CI/CD Up to £600 per day (Outside IR35) London (Hybrid - 1-2 days per week onsite) 6 Months My client is a leading Insurer who require a Genesys (Contact Centre - Cloud Software) Engineering Technical Lead to join at a crucial phase of their Genesys integration. Key Requirements: Demonstrable experience in a Technical Engineering Lead capacity specifically with Genesys (Contact Center Cloud Software Engineering) Previous experience of implementing / integrating Contact Centre solutions to a mid / large scale Enterprise organisation (ideally 1000+ user environment Experience of best practices in Software Engineering Capability to ensure it is built and managed in the right way and meets the Business controls Ability to oversee the maintenance phase after initial implementation AWS experience Good understanding of CI/CD tools and pipelines, with a good understanding of how to build Strong understanding of Full Software Lifecycle Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Nice to have: Previous experience with Avaya Rest API knowledge Previous Insurance / Financial Services industry experience Immediate availability #4553979 - Tom Cranston #J-18808-Ljbffr
