Geography Teacher 

Location: Sleaford, Lincolnshire
Salary: MPS/UPS (£31,650- £49,084per annum)
Start Date: February 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term

GSL Education Lincolnshire is looking to appoint a passionate and knowledgeable Geography Teacher to join a high-achieving secondary school in Sleaford. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire students and contribute to a well-resourced Geography department.

The Role:


  • Teaching Geography at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience desirable but not essential).
  • Developing engaging lesson plans that encourage curiosity about the world.
  • Encouraging students to think critically about global issues.
  • Assessing student progress and adapting lessons to meet their needs.
  • Participating in extracurricular activities and field trips.

Requirements:


  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Strong subject knowledge in Geography and related disciplines.
  • Ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
