About the Role:
We are currently recruiting a Geography Teacher for a well-established secondary school located in the heart of Stansted. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and skilled educator, capable of inspiring students and fostering a love for Geography. You will teach Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, helping them develop critical thinking skills, an understanding of the world, and a passion for the subject.

Key Responsibilities:
� Deliver engaging and informative Geography lessons that align with the national curriculum.
� Plan, prepare, and teach lessons that cater to diverse student needs and learning styles.
� Assess student progress, provide feedback, and help them develop academically and personally.
� Maintain effective classroom management to create a positive learning environment.
� Collaborate with fellow staff members to enhance the curriculum and support student success.
� Foster an appreciation for Geography and global issues both inside and outside of the classroom.

About You:
� Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
� A genuine passion for teaching Geography and supporting students in their academic journey.
� Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
� Ability to engage and motivate students through innovative and interactive lessons.
