The Role and Ideal Candidate A degree in Geography or a related field (a teaching qualification is preferred).

Proven experience in teaching Geography through previous employment or teacher training placements.

Ability to plan, prepare and deliver engaging Geography lessons across various key stages, incorporating both human and physical geography topics.

Confident in teaching various aspects of Geography, with an emphasis on fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and an understanding of global issues .

Committed to creating an inclusive learning environment that supports students of all abilities and encourages active participation.
