Fabulous global Health & Wellness company are looking for an dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator/Account Manager who is fluent German and English.

- Accountable for driving sales and recruitment with the field team and meeting and exceeding the company targets.
- Assist in the development of field leaders and provide support and training to ensure they are skilled to deliver on all targets.
- Contribute to strategic planning, goal setting and sales attainment.
- Accountable for managing, motivating and influencing the independent consultants to reach their full potential and maintain the required level of sales, activity and growth within their teams.
- Work regularly with the Independents to optimise their business through effective coaching, development and planning meetings.
- Ensure that the field team morale and motivation is positive.
- Deliver the corporate messages to the field teams and manage the feedback including to ensure the brand message and image is maintained to company standards.
- Accountable for delivering the overall recruitment targets and sales performance of allocated teams.
- Use the analytical data provided by the support office to develop field opportunities.
- Use promotions and incentives to drive field activities and deliver results.
General:
- Work with the support office team to ensure that field communications are delivered effectively.
- Support at company events and other corporate events as necessary ensuring the content meets the business needs.
- Attend planning meetings and integrate sales promotions and event planning effectively to ensure implementation success
