German and Dutch Customer Service Advisor

This role is a fully remote on-going home-working opportunity.



We are seeking a candidate who is fluent�English,�German and Dutch.



You will be taking inbound calls and responding to email enquiries for a variety of clients.



The general working pattern is Monday- Friday 8:00 -16:00 with occasional weekends during Q4.



This is a temporary requirement working from home and the organisation are keen to recruit someone as soon as possible.



Mission:




  • To deliver exceptional customer service to their customers, to understand their needs and requirements, while working to exceed these wherever possible

  • Answer inquiries through telephone and email communication, while maintaining and updating the customer database



Skills/Experience/Profile:




  • Fluent German, Dutch and English

  • Customer service experience is essential

  • Pleasant and professional telephone manner

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook & Word) and confident Internet usage & the ability to research

  • Analytical/problem solving skills

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, excellent grammar, spelling & punctuation.

  • Understand customer service processes and procedures
