Customer Service Administrator, Northumberland

Our client is a market-leading global manufacturing organisation based in Northumberland and they seek a competent German speaking customer service administrator to join their busy sales and service department. The successful candidate will act as key point of contact for customer enquiries across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Act as key contact for Customer Accounts and their queries
- Respond to telephone and email enquiries
- Provide customers with updates on invoice delivery queries and liaise with third parties to ensure timely delivery
- Issue refunds and returns with accuracy
- Liaise with logistic providers to ensure smooth shipping and transport processes
- Respond to and monitor customer feedback
- Support with all other adhoc administration
Key Criteria
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment (essential)
- Fluent in German and English, verbal and written
- Exceptional attention to detail
- High proficiency in IT packages and competent user of Excel
- Ability to work well under pressure and working towards tight deadlines
- Proven background in providing impeccable customer support
