Job Title: Graduate Marketing Executive (German Speaking)

Location: Birmingham

Job Type: Permanent/Hybrid (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in the office; Wednesday and Friday WFH)

Salary: £35,000

Role Overview:

As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and maintaining relationships with German-speaking athletes and influencers. This role focuses on promoting the brand on the German market, collaborating with athletes, and managing influencer marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1) New Relationship Development:

• Research and identify emerging sports talent in Germany
• Reach out and establish connections with Talent Managers, athletes and influencers
• Sign up new athletes and influencers to represent and promote the brand
• Explain business terms to athletes and influencers
• Keep the influencer database updated

2) Existing Portfolio Relationship Management:

• Manage and nurture relationships with an existing portfolio of athletes and influencers
• Work with athletes and influencers on marketing campaigns through consistent communication (email, video calls, and in-person meetings)
• Keep athletes and influencers informed about new product launches, restocks, sales, and events
• Coordinate sending out clothing packages for athletes and influencers to share with their audiences

3) Marketing Campaign Management:

• Collaborate with internal teams on influencer campaigns
• Assist with the creation of marketing content
• Organize, coordinate, and attend photoshoots
• Attend and help organize events

Requirements:

• Fluent in German
• A strong passion for fitness and sports
• Previous exposure to social media marketing
