• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

• Fluent in German (written and spoken) and English.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or a similar role (preferred).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
