- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) and English.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or a similar role (preferred).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
