German Speaking Junior Sales Support

Are you a German-speaking professional with strong organisational skills and a desire to develop in a sales support role? Our client, an innovative company experiencing rapid growth, is looking for a German Speaking Junior Sales Support to join their team and support their expanding sales operations across Europe.

The Role

As a German Speaking Junior Sales Support, you’ll play a key role in supporting the European account management team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality client interactions across German-speaking markets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling phone calls and web chats from clients in Germany and Switzerland.


• Supporting with administrative tasks, such as booking travel, managing documents and coordinating with installers for project updates and photos.


• Maintaining CRM systems and ensuring accurate data entry.


• Sending out Trustpilot review requests and completing booking forms as required.

About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.


• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive, positive attitude.


• The ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency.


• Fluency in both English and German.
