Experience working in a similar administrative role, processing orders and managing business customer/client accounts is essential. /p p The Operations Account Coordinator position is perfect for a driven individual who enjoys working in a fast paced, fun environment! Responsibilities include; /p ul li Account Support, fielding account specific calls and emails, developing relationships with key partners and retailers /li li Assisting with in depth product set-up information, providing partners/retailers with the detail they need. /li li Sales Data analysis and weekly reporting (incl. key initiatives sales data and stock availability) /li li Process orders (order review and entry) and maintain open order workbook/s, linking with other departments /li li Attend meetings both internally and externally. /li li Data cleansing tasks /li li Appreciate customers logistical needs and vendor compliance /li li Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, retail partners, peers and other departments. /li li Participate in product / brand knowledge training to learn about new and existing product lines /li li Strong knowledge and understanding of company systems, products and processes. /li li End to end administrative support /li /ul p strong Experience /strong /p p The ideal candidate will have 1 years+ of working in a similar role for another consumer/FMCG/distribution/wholesale business.
