**About the Role:**

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality PE lessons across various age groups.
- Develop and implement engaging sports and fitness programs that cater to diverse student needs.
- Encourage and promote a positive attitude towards physical activity and overall well-being.
- Support the development of students' physical skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Organize and oversee extracurricular sports activities and competitions.
- Collaborate with other staff members to integrate physical education with the broader school curriculum.
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.

**Requirements:**

- Relevant qualifications or significant experience in sports coaching or teaching PE.
- Strong knowledge of various sports and physical education activities.
- Ability to engage and motivate students from different backgrounds and abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

**Desirable Qualifications:**

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience in organising school sports events and competitions.
