Your Mission We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Global Account Director to accelerate sales and adoption with a key global client. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships at a global level, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of business transformation, process improvement and automation, to deliver business value across client organizations. What you'll do at UiPath Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at global client organizations. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs, and aligning our solutions to meet their objectives. Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and insight to clients to maximize the value they receive from our products and services. Evangelize UiPath's brand in the marketplace by presenting, promoting and selling our solutions providing thought leadership to clients. Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, leveraging a deep understanding of client needs and market trends and how our solutions can benefit them. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop customized solutions and proposals that address client challenges and objectives. Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the company. Drive contract renewals and extensions, proactively addressing any issues or concerns to secure long-term partnerships. Client Satisfaction: Monitor client satisfaction levels, proactively addressing any issues or concerns to ensure a positive client experience. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to review performance, discuss challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement. Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to inform business strategies. Identify new market opportunities and potential areas for expansion, collaborating with internal stakeholders to capitalize on these opportunities. What you'll bring to the team Proven track record of success in sales or account management, preferably within the SaaS industry. Demonstrated experience managing global client accounts and driving revenue growth. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. A history of managing multi-level internal teams, aligning all business functions to successfully execute the strategic growth plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels, including C-Suite. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective account plans. Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer value.
