Global Brand Manager £340- £425 per day Inside IR35 Hybrid working- Flexible on hours and site working- preferably 1 day onsite per week Fulltime – Monday- Friday- 12 month contract Globally known Technology, gaming and entertainment company! Role Overview: As part of the Global D2C marketing team, The D2C Brand Manager is responsible for the development of marketing campaigns that help drive sales opportunities across the world's best content on the company's Store & Direct. This role is accountable for building and developing world-class global marketing campaigns that encourage our players to buy the world's biggest games, hardware & accessories directly. What you'll be doing: This role will be responsible for developing performance-based marketing campaigns and toolkits to meet the roadmap of the globally agreed key content priorities that drive the D2C business. Working closely with Paid, Owned & Earned Media Channels to deliver engaging marketing campaigns to drive revenue opportunities and meet agreed KPIs. The successful candidate will have a knowledge and experience of marketing for an e-commerce platform with revenue focussed KPIs, be comfortable with creative briefing and experienced with performance marketing tactics. Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-moving and complex environment and have marketing technical expertise in the space. Confident analysing data and be able to build campaign plans through data led insights. The Brand Manager for D2C Marketing will work across the following key areas of activity:
Responsible for supporting D2C marketing priorities including, Promotions, Key Title launches, Hardware & Peripherals and supporting the full life-cycle communication strategy & content roadmap. Support Paid , Owned & Earned marketing teams to deliver targeted, personalised communications to our D2C customers throughout the customer lifecycle Develop, implement & share Global D2C Marketing toolkits Support ongoing experimentation efforts by developing, implementing & measuring test and learn opportunities to support the growth goals of the D2C marketing business Partner with the wider marketing organisation to ensure Store & Direct are a central part of the broader Marketing plans and all activity has clear conversion & revenue goals Support the delivery of reporting & insights for the D2C Marketing business including both regular trading updates & bespoke campaign analysis Support the development, optimisation & personalisation of our regular customer communications (inc. Newsletters, Social etc.) by prioritising & creating engaging content to drive revenue through our D2C channels.
What we are looking for: Required & Preferred:
5 years minimum experience Digital marketing, ECommerce and data analysis background Educated to degree level, Preferred: Digital Marketing qualifications Demonstrable marketing industry experience, ideally in the Gaming industry Experience in working in;
global / regional roles eCommerce marketing roles creative briefing
Expertise in digital media strategy and execution best practise Proven experience analysing, working with and building campaigns through data. Comfortable managing design and media agencies as required
