As a key player reporting to the Global Director of Communications, you'll spearhead exhilarating sponsorship initiatives, fuelling brand awareness and preference for iconic names like Remington, Russell Hobbs, and George Foreman. The Role You'll step into a dynamic role within a team of marketing aficionados, immersing yourself in the fast-paced world of relationship marketing and communications. As our Global Brand Partnership and BD Manager, you'll orchestrate the strategic planning and execution of sponsorships, partnerships, and strategic collaborations across our brands. Your mission? To not just meet but exceed strategic objectives, amplifying brand impact and driving sales on a global scale. You'll be the maestro behind activation programs, seamlessly integrating campaigns across traditional and digital platforms, while ensuring all regulatory boxes are ticked. About you Essential to this role is a minimum of 5 years' experience in relationship marketing, coupled with a knack for strategic thinking and operational finesse. You'll bring a comprehensive understanding of both traditional and digital relationship marketing landscapes, along with a track record of managing strategic partnerships and inspiring agency teams to deliver excellence. A strategic visionary with a flair for communication, you'll navigate budgets, influence stakeholders at all levels, and champion creative campaigns with finesse. Your proactive, solution-focused approach, paired with impeccable organisational skills and a relentless drive for results, will set you apart. International marketing experience and a keen eye for sports sponsorship are advantageous but not essential. Most importantly, you're a team player at heart, ready to collaborate, innovate, and lead the charge towards unparalleled brand success. Your profile should include excellent project management and presentation skills, characterised by meticulous attention to detail and precision. Candidates must be prepared to travel throughout the Global region (EMEA, APAC, NA, LATAM) and have a Full UK Driving Licence.
