Global Client Operations Manager, UK & EuropeWe are hiring for a Global Client Operations Manager to ensure we continue to embrace an innovative, forward-thinking approach to client and network operational strategy and execution.Key Responsibilities:You will manage initiatives related to client and network operations, processes, and systems to optimize performance for large global agency relationships in the healthcare sector. Supporting the client operations and agency delivery teams, you'll ensure consistency and efficiency. Acting as the liaison between stakeholders across agencies and disciplines—including account, production, business intelligence, growth, and finance—you will ensure seamless interoperability.You'll support with the development and refinement of global client management processes, assist with the implementation of systems ,and help align global client contractual requirements with agency activities. In this role you have the potential to make a meaningful impact on the way we work, maximising effectiveness across multiple teams and services. You'll support the Client Quarterly Business Review process, global client performance reviews and local market onboarding readiness. Additionally, you'll assist with the resolution of client operational issues, assist with creating new operational solutions, and maintain a central global client information repository.What you’ll bring:We seek someone with proven experience in managing client operations and agency delivery team initiatives and at least 5 years’ experience within an agency environment with comprehensive knowledge of agency capabilities, disciplines, and various project and work types. You will need a solid understanding of global client management processes, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. Experience in managing contractual requirements and business review processes is crucial.
