Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm (with flexibility based on if we have client calls in different time zones)

Our client is on the hunt for an experienced events coordinator who shares the burning passion for creating unforgettable experiences. If you are confident, organised, have a strong attention to details and a minimum 1-2 years of event industry experience, this job is for you!
DAY TO DAY DUTIES:

• Orchestrating and producing a lineup of in-person and virtual events (5+ annually)
• Presenting a handpicked selection of top-tier venues, hotels, and dining experiences to the Events Manager for consideration/discussion.
• Mastering the art of collaboration with third-party stakeholders
• Keeping our records pristine and presentation-ready across spreadsheets, websites, and event materials
• Coordinating logistics seamlessly with our internal team
• Expertly navigating within an annual budget to deliver maximum impact.
