Global Installation Manager

Global Installation Manager Cookstown Salary up to £60k Vickerstock are working in partnership with locally owned, global manufacturing firm for the recruitment of a Global Installation Manager. Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for the installation of customer projects on site. Your new role Agree objectives and annual plan for the team to ensure that it can deliver in line with the wider business strategy and goals. Review the installation and if necessary, define, develop, and implement an installation governance framework with the support of organisational sponsors. Manage and mentor the installation team to ensure a people centric, positive, supportive, and empowering team culture. Ensure that each team member has relevant objectives. Ensure a written and clear safe system of work exists for every activity associated with the installation of all plant. Support the presales and project management teams in the estimation of installation timelines and schedules Ensure that schedules are planned in line with realistic capacity Develop capacity planning methods that allow resource requirement look ahead based on live project demand data. Ensure that resources are managed, and schedules planned efficiently and within project budgets.
