Fluor and Energy Materials,
an Orbia business, is looking for a
Global Marketing Lead Pharma & Sustainability
to be based in the
UK/EU (working remotely).
Business trips expected at least once every quarter.
Main Purpose
The main purpose of the role is to support the creation and deliver regional and product specific marketing communications plans for the pharma industry, as well as content marketing sustainability related strategies for Orbia Fluor & Energy Materials’ Business Group.
Main Responsibilities
Support the development of the global commercialization strategy and go-to-market initiatives for solutions, and specific categories in the pharma business with expected significant growth in the future.
Develop a sustainability content marketing strategy focused on the creation and sharing of marketing materials that emphasizes Orbia’s F&EM’s long-term impact, authenticity, and environmental responsibility; it involves creating content that is genuine, honest and reflects the true values and mission of the business.
Understand and analyze customer journey mapping to align with Global Strategic Marketing Director on the leverage points to activate in yearly marketing plans, including KPIs definition.
Support the release of a global content strategy both for pharma and sustainability related contents, including the maintenance of a detailed external editorial calendar (offline/online).
Partner closely with internal teams such as Product Management, Commercial, Regulatory and other cross-functional teams (incl. Orbia CCO Team) to deliver the most appropriate marketing communications activities.
Implement and manage digital contents/strategies for the web (site navigation optimization, paid campaigns) and Social Media channels.
Support the budget process and the supervise the costs management for the categories (pharma/sustainability)
Serve as category communications champion, representing Orbia Fluor & Energy Materials externally and internally at global corporate meetings for the category.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/master’s degree.
Excellent oral and written communication in English.
Spanish speaking is not necessary but would be advantageous.
Knowledge/ Experience Required
Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Marketing Communications.
Digital and content marketing expertise are essential.
Chemical/Pharma/Renewable Energies industry experience would be desirable.
Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven mindset.
