Goods-in Inspector & Stores Person

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Goods-in Inspector/Stores Person to join our client in Margate. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the handling, management, and distribution of goods within the warehouse environment.

Job duties:

• Manage inventory using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Assist in shipping and receiving process
• Load/unload materials
• Handle and store materials properly
• Operate forklifts

Person spec

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as required. You will need:

• Previous experience in a warehouse setting
• Experience operating Forklifts, cerification is a plus
• To be able to read drawings from machines to distinguish correct parts
• To be computer literate

Hours are Monday to Friday (Apply online only).

This is a temporary position initially but does have the prospect of becoming a permanent role for the right person.
