They are looking for a highly motivated and resilient graduate to join their growing team.This service is sold to SMEs through to Large Multinational companies, in a variety of different sectors. This is due to the variety of services offered from decommissioning sites, emergency spills, and general recycling. You will receive detailed training and support whilst you develop your product knowledge and sales skills.As a Graduate Sales Executive responsibilities will include:Making outbound callsDeveloping client relationshipsPersuading and influencing decisionsClosing salesFor this Graduate Sales position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:Educated to degree level or equivalentDriving licence is preferableProfessional and credibleExcellent communication skillsA willingness to learn and developThe Package for this Graduate Sales role:£25,000 basic salary with salary increase & performance triggers up to £30k+Annual company bonus22 days holiday plus bank holidaysRegular team and individual incentives set by the company
