Responsibilities:

  • Managing Client relationships and delivering proposals.
  • Regular contact with customers ensuring any requirements that they have can be met, or updating CRM with Customer information.
  • Attending networking events which are appropriate.
  • Searching for new Business Clients.
  • Delivering sales proposals to prospective new Customers.
  • Explaining costs or expenditures and new business terms if necessary to clients.
  • Following up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with all products and services supplied.
  • Contributing information by assessing current products at clients that can be enhanced with additional sales.
  • Monitoring competitors' products, and new technology applicable to our products.
  • Training on products and any software will be provided.
