Graduate Account Manager – Bristol – Hybrid – Up to £30,000

Hybrid working: Office-based for the first 3-6 months with potential for remote work 2-3 days a week after probation.

As a Graduate Account Manager, you will work closely with both new and long-standing business clients. This fast-paced, hands-on role involves a mix of numerate, technical, and customer-facing tasks.

Job role of the Account Manager:


  • Meet with clients to understand their utility portfolio and needs.
  • Build relationships with suppliers and stay updated on new products.
  • Analyse cost data to identify savings for customers.
  • Produce ad-hoc reports for clients.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, resolving ad-hoc queries.

Who/what we are looking for:


  • Minimum 2:1 degree in a numerate engineering or science-based discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, flexible, and hard-working approach.
  • Strong attention to detail with first-rate organizational skills.
  • High level of computer literacy, especially in MS Excel.
  • Eager to learn about a complex industry and develop new skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and handling customer objections.
