Others use us to support hiring across the business on a contingency basis.The opportunity:We are looking for three ambitious Graduate / Associate Recruiters to join our entrepreneurial team based in London (hybrid). You will be building your own book of clients and candidates and managing the delivery of management consultancy hires end-to-end (with support from the broader team of experienced recruiters).What you will be doing:This is a hands-on 360-degree recruitment role that includes both sales and delivering great candidatesWorking closely with more experienced consultants, desk-based research, market mapping, business development/ sales outreach, building candidate pipelines, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews collecting feedbackAs your experience grows, you will be selling and delivering retained as well as contingency recruitment solutions to consultancy clients across the UK and internationallyIn time you may get the opportunity to support our 'embedded' talent acquisition serviceYou will be hands-on supporting every element of the process from sourcing leads and pitching to new prospective clients to delivering great hiresYou'll peer with other recruiters across Alvarium Talent, and our client's organisationsSkills, Experience and Mindset required:This role would suit someone who just graduated and is now looking for a role that will help them to fast-track their career and earnings. We also welcome candidates who for whatever reason have chosen not to attend university. Whether you attended university or not, what we are interested in is evidence of where you have been successful, whether that's academically, in your professional life or through sports or personal passionsYou will be self-motivated and target-driven - This role involves sales and will include cold outreach via phone/email/social media as well as meeting candidates and clients face-to-faceA minimum of 1 years experience in a customer-facing role such as hospitality, retail or sales would be seen as an advantage in this roleYou will be ambitious with the drive to create your own successesA people person, you will get energy from interacting with people from highly varied backgroundsYou will bring an entrepreneurial and commercial mindset and you'll enjoy the challenge of working with varied clients and projects in a goal-driven environmentDo what's right for our clients and the candidates we interact with.
