Graduate Building Surveyor

TSA Surveying is representing a privately owned consultancy in Yorkshire, aiming to expand their Leeds office by hiring a graduate building surveyor eager to grow through their excellent training regime and APC program.

The company focuses on commercial work, particularly refurbishments, dilapidations, and condition surveys across industrial, office, and retail space. Their clients include financial institutions, pension funds, developers, and high net-worth individuals. The Leeds office currently has 17 employees, including six building surveyors, with plans to increase that number to eight. Last year, the consultancy's turnover was just over �4 million, with �1.4 million from the building surveying team.

They seek a graduate building surveyor to undergo hands-on training and the APC program to become a chartered member as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be involved in project work, dilapidations, and condition surveys, focusing on projects ranging from �50k to �5 million.
