Graduate Building Surveyor

TSA Surveying is partnering with a renowned consultancy to recruit an ambitious Graduate Building Fabric Asset Surveyor. This exciting role involves conducting building fabric condition surveys across a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, education, and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform detailed building fabric condition surveys, identifying maintenance needs, defects, and life-cycle requirements
* Use industry-standard asset survey software to prepare comprehensive reports
* Work closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions for asset management, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals
* Attend site visits across the South, often liaising with multidisciplinary teams
Ideal Candidate:
* Holds a degree in Building Studies, Building Surveying, or related discipline
* Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail in assessing building conditions
* Proficient in IT, particularly with Excel, databases, and survey software
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement
* Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
* Full UK driving license is desirable
