Job Description:

• Assist in the delivery of building surveys, inspections, and condition reports.
• Support project management activities, including contract administration and tendering.
• Participate in design and specification work, ensuring compliance with building regulations.
• Contribute to dilapidations, party wall matters, and defect diagnosis.
• Build strong client relationships through effective communication and professional service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members on projects to ensure successful outcomes.

Beneficial Skills / Qualifications:

• Recent graduate in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
• Working toward or interest in pursuing RICS accreditation.
• Strong technical skills and a keen interest in building surveying practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
