The Graduate Building Surveyor Role

As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will work alongside experienced professionals, engaging in a variety of tasks designed to challenge and develop your skills.

With comprehensive APC support and training, this role offers a structured pathway to becoming chartered while gaining exposure to an exciting range of projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with Contract Administration duties across diverse projects.
• Supporting and advising on Party Wall Matters.
• Managing Dilapidations and related assessments.
• Conducting Building Surveys, with a focus on pathology and defects diagnosis.
• Preparing Licences to Alter and Schedules of Condition.
• Gaining hands-on exposure to Expert Witness assignments.

The Graduate Building Surveyor will have

• Education: A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
• Ambition: A strong desire to work towards APC accreditation and excel in the profession.
• Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
