We are looking for Passionate cover supervisors that may have experience (not essential) working in secondary schools in the Borough of Manchester- We are on the lookout for Graduates that are close to graduating-who may want to pursue a career in teaching in the future.

Your duties will include but not be limited to, Managing a class room and behaviour, supervising pupils with pre-planned work as well as ensuring pupils stay on task and are engaged in the work provided. 

At value we are also looking for individuals that have previously worked with children in support work, sports coaching and tutoring with children.

A successful Cover Supervisor will:

• Experience working as a cover supervisor benificial not essential 
• Worked with children before or studying at univerisity- job roles that are desierable are support worker, sports coach, tutor 
• Be confident in managing a classroom
• Be inspired to help students learn in new and exciting ways
• Have excellent communications skills
• Able to commute around Manchester
