About the Role

As a Graduate Cover Teacher, you will step into the classroom to deliver engaging lessons and support students across a variety of subjects. This role is ideal for those considering a career in teaching, as it offers valuable experience and insight into the education sector.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
• Maintaining a positive and orderly classroom environment.
• Supporting students with their learning and development.
• Managing classroom behavior in line with school policies.
• Building positive relationships with students and staff.

About You

We are looking for individuals who:

• Have a degree (any subject).
• Are passionate about working with young people and helping them succeed.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are adaptable, flexible, and eager to learn.
• Can manage behavior effectively in a classroom setting.

Experience in an educational or childcare setting is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
