About Our Client: Our client, a well-established engineering company based in Dungannon, is seeking a motivated Graduate Design Engineer to join their team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in designing and developing mechanical components and systems for various projects. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the design and development of mechanical components and systems under the guidance of senior engineers. Create detailed CAD models, technical drawings, and specifications using CAD software. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and quality, to ensure designs meet project requirements. Support testing and validation of prototypes to ensure performance and reliability. Participate in design reviews and provide input on potential improvements. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving design-related issues. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
